30 calendar days from the delivery date.

Conditions for a Successful Return

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original box with tags. A proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Worn footwear, final-sale notes on a product page, gift cards, and items returned after the window.

How the Return Process Works

• Start Your Return: email [email protected] with the order number and the pair you want to send back.
• Get Authorization: we reply with a return ID and a label when the return is eligible.
• Ship the Item: drop the labeled box with the carrier named on the label.

Return Shipping Costs

Eligible returns are free returns. No restocking fee.

Receiving Your Refund

We inspect in 1 to 2 business days after arrival. Card credits usually post in 7 to 10 business days.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Photograph the issue and write [email protected]. We replace or refund the pair and cover the return.
